Did You Bring Me A Monkey?

It's been a while since I posted anything here. I made some time this afternoon and realized that as I'm recording myself read through the bible for our children I knew I wouldn't read this book for our children to hear, but that doesn't mean I couldn't read it for you. I love you more than anything, and so I wanted to start posting to this podcast once again. I miss you, my beloved, my queen,... my bride. 

Sometimes you come home and are upset because you weren't as productive as you think you had to be. I want you to listen to this podcast and maybe it'll help, maybe it won't. It's still my voice, and hopefully you are at least entertained. I love you my wonderful bride. 

No, you aren't. You're an amazing mother. Nurturing, caring, loving. I will spend the rest of my life telling you how great a mom you are, but listen to this brief podcast on what both the scripture says what a good mom is, what I say what a good mom is, and in contrast what an actual awful mother is. You are my God's gift to me and our children, and watching you mother our four crazy kids is one of the highest privileges I've been given. You make me a better dad, by being a great mom. I love you.

I think you know what this episode is about. You think you "dropped the ball", and are down. I want you to listen to the scripture I quote and the stories I tell. I want you to know how much I feel about you, and how wonderful a person you are. I love you my bride. 

I want you to hear my voice in your darkest hours. Of course you can always call me as well, but even if you want to hear my voice in the background at work, I want you to know that I'm pulling for you every inch of every day. The bottom line is... I love you with everything I got.
